All of this is tracked in the Real-Time Monitoring dashboard, so not only will you be notified, you’ll be able to easily see what's going on. Our in-app and Slack notifications will ensure that you don’t miss a thing, too. 

We know that sometimes email inboxes can get hectic, so we’ve provided dedicated spaces where you can check all of the important data happenings. It’s pretty much like having a heart rate monitor on your customer experience. If anything outside of the norm is happening, then your team will definitely know about it.
