Sentiment Score View

The sentiment score is a view available on the insights explorer. It reflects the average sentiment of all tickets selected:

  • Negative tickets have a value of 0

  • Neutral tickets have a value of 50

  • Positive tickets have a value of 100

Popular uses of the sentiment score include

  • Tracking sentiment trends against changes in the business

  • Identifying issues causing disproportionate unhappiness

  • Evaluating whether specific interventions improve customer happiness
