Exporting

Need to export the data for use elsewhere? No problem, you can easily export from any dashboard view by navigating to and clicking the Export button at the top of the Tickets table. The data will immediately begin to download into a CSV file for your convenience. Keep in mind that the download process can sometimes take a few minutes depending on the size of the dataset

The export will include:

  • All tickets with their corresponding Idiomatic categories and issues

  • Ticket IDs

  • Custom tags

  • External tags

  • Sentiment values

  • Issue type (when applicable)
