Flagging Tickets

Data is only valuable if it actually makes sense. If it looks like a ticket is incorrectly labeled, you can let us know by flagging it.

  1. Click the Flag Tickets button on the top right-hand corner of the ticket

  2. Provide a brief description of what the problem is or where you would like it to go

  3. Flagged tickets will be reviewed, updated, and re-uploaded weekly.
