Switching Between Data Source Views

If you are sending information from multiple data sources to Idiomatic, such as from your help desk and a CRM, each one will have its own dashboard along with a customized list of categories and issues. This allows you to see issues specific to each individual channel, as well as any overlap of topics. You can see different dashboards for each data source by navigating between them in the top right of the screen
