Using Idiomatic sentiment analysis

With Idiomatic, it’s possible to customize the thresholds for each sentiment value. Depending on your team’s particular needs, we will work with you to determine which sentiment model best suits your team’s goals. 

Idiomatic assigns sentiment values to each ticket and there are 4 types:

  • Negative

  • Neutral

  • Positive

  • Mixed (optional)
