What is the categories and issues page?

Label Management Page:

This view can be found by navigating to the triangle on the right-hand side of your dashboard. Here, you can view all of your categories and issues in one place.

Sharing Feedback:

One of our top priorities is making sure that the Idiomatic categories and issues work for your team. If it looks like the organization or wording is incorrect, you can let us know by submitting feedback on this page:

  1. Click the 3 dots menu in the upper right-hand corner of the table and choose “Submit category and issue feedback.”

  2. Then select the type of feedback and share any instructions that will help us understand what you’d like to change.

  3. Once submitted, your analyst will receive an email about the changes you’re suggesting. We then work with our data science team to review your suggestions. Your analyst may want to meet with you to discuss these changes.

Creating Custom Issue Tags:

Sometimes issues are grouped in different ways depending on the use case or team. On this page, you can create a custom issue tag to group different issues in any way you want.

For example, say you assign a team member to track any issue that has to do with bugs. Bugs can appear across your data in different categories. Your team member would be able to create a custom issue tag named "Bugs" and select any issues that are relevant. Once this is created, they can apply the custom issue tag in the "Custom Segment" section and only view issues that matter to them.
